It was the perfect way to kick off our Black Friday shopping day. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that safety was a top priority for the staff. They ensured that everything ran smoothly and made us feel secure on the ice. And even though our session was meant to be 45 minutes, they kindly allowed us to stay longer because it wasn’t crowded.

One of the standout aspects of our experience was Molly, one of the staff members who assisted us on the ice. She went above and beyond in helping my niece with her skating skills throughout our entire visit. Her guidance and support made all the difference! We can’t wait to return for another memorable outing.

I must also commend Kai, Jacob, Lu and Chloe for being incredible assets to this establishment. Their assistance and friendliness were exceptional. They particularly helped a friend who had never skated before gain confidence until she could skate on her own by the end of her session.

Moreover, I would like to express gratitude towards Ronda for taking care of my youngest daughter’s skating progressions so patiently and kindly.

Overall, Ice Rink at Winter Village is undeniably remarkable—truly deserving of its title as 2022’s best seasonal ice rink! The service provided by their outstanding team sets them apart from all others in terms of friendliness and efficiency.
