They answered all my questions without hesitation and made sure I felt comfortable throughout.
If you’re considering laser eye surgery, I cannot recommend Optegra enough. However (and it’s a small however), when it comes to contacting them on the phone, be prepared for some frustrating moments. Though the staff at Queen Anne Street were wonderful in person, speaking with someone over the phone meant dealing with a central call centre that serviced multiple hospitals. These interactions left much to be desired – they were oddly rude and not particularly helpful.
But let’s focus on what really matters here: top-notch medical care delivered by an exceptional team of professionals. Optegra offers friendly service alongside their excellent surgical skills which are bound to leave you feeling confident in your decision.
Four years ago I chickened out during a consultation but finally took the plunge 12 months back after hearing numerous glowing recommendations about Optegraβs surgeons and medical staff β turns out those endorsements were completely justified! At no point did anyone pressure me into anything; instead they patiently addressed all my concerns before guiding me through each step ofΒ the procedure.
