Every instructor is welcoming and encouraging, creating an atmosphere that pushes me to be my best self. Now, let’s talk about spin classes at Oncore. It’s hands down my favourite spin class in town! Em, one of their fantastic instructors, understands that we all have different fitness levels and allows us to go at our own pace. Each session brings a new playlist and a unique routine, keeping things fresh and exciting. I can’t recommend it enough!
What sets Oncore apart for me is their commitment to providing high-quality classes while ensuring we have fun along the way. The instructors and staff are not just knowledgeable; they are also incredibly supportive individuals who genuinely care about your progress. Since joining Oncore, my form and physique have improved significantly with each passing class. I’m addicted!
