As a family with a disabled member, we were treated with utmost care and kindness throughout our stay. Their willingness to go above and beyond left us feeling safe and welcomed.

Their warmth made me feel right at home in this bustling city. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds equipped with charging ports – a small but thoughtful touch that made my stay even more convenient.
The kitchen and lounge areas were excellent spaces to socialize and unwind after a day of exploring London. And speaking of exploration, the hostel's location is unbeatable! With iconic attractions such as the Natural History Museum, Science Museum, and Hyde Park just a short stroll away, it couldn't get any better than this.
But what truly sets Astor Hyde Park Hostel apart is its exceptional staff. Cece, Desaray, and Noah went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Their kindness and willingness to assist with anything I needed left a lasting impression on me.
Oh, did I mention that they even had piano performances? Cece serenaded us with beautiful melodies while we relaxed in our chairs – it was absolutely magical!
