Recently, I've been going to Radiance on a weekly basis for phototherapy treatments and it's safe to say that I'm extremely satisfied with the results! Moreover, Katie – who conducts my appointments – always makes sure that she listens attentively when discussing skin issues during treatment consultations. On top of this, every session comes with a complimentary hand & arm massage which just adds more value! All of these extra touches make such a difference.

From the front of house staff to my massage therapist Vivi (not sure on spelling), everyone made me feel welcome. Her skills were beyond impressive; she worked out all my knots and left me feeling rejuvenated.
Although laser treatment wasn't effective for me after 12 sessions, Imma's exceptional customer service made up for it! She was gentle in her approach and gave extra attention when needed—her professionalism should be commended.
The clean environment paired with friendly staff make Beauty and Melody a definite standout from other spas/salons out there. Their dedication towards providing professional service is worth noting. From Vicki to Fadumo – they are all talented therapists who go above and beyond.
