Not only were the treatments exceptional but so were their facilities such as the large swimming pool and relaxation area, complete with Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna – they really have thought of everything. It was wonderful to spend time relaxing after sightseeing around London during our trip!

I was lucky enough to receive a booking as a birthday gift, and it was one of the best gifts I’ve ever gotten. From start to finish, my experience was amazing. The lady who treated me knew exactly what she was doing and her professionalism showed through every step of the way. It’s safe to say that this spa blew away any expectations that I had before visiting.
My therapist, Suzanne gave me the best deep tissue massage of my life! She took time out to get to know me, listened carefully when I spoke about work and lifestyle factors affecting my body tension, then followed up by selecting special oils based on our conversation which hit all of those problem areas straight on – from knots in my back that were causing discomfort or pain in other parts including headaches etc., everything felt so much better after her treatment.
During our relaxing mummy-daughter session with Ruta we both felt heavenly! In addition to some fabulous treatments like Deep Muscle Relax Massage & Sicilian Scrub (which left us feeling soft as babies!), they even offer Afternoon Tea – it felt like indulging ourselves completely! The gorgeous private room made for such a tranquil experience where we loved being completely relaxed with heated beds & showers beside us – Simply Blissful!
